Avoid this crook like the plague. I have just assisted a Hungarian friend in retrieving a deposit that should have been repaid three months ago. He had simply ignored polite requests for repayment, undoubtedly hoping to play on the limited language skills and, indeed, the confidence of someone new to the country and the language, by simply stonewalling. After my visit to his office, he promised, in writing, to repay within 2 days. When he failed to keep this promise, a carefully-worded e-mail left him in no doubt of the legal repercussions and he paid within 2 hours. A slippery crook - be warned!!

If I could give this estate agents 0 stars I would. Jus Dhesi in particular is one of the rudest estate agents I have even come into contact with. Extremely patronising and has not accommodated for us as students at all. At the start of the year, we had builders in our house and for the first month were not able to move in, but yet were still charged a months rent, which Jus insisted on not giving us back. We had people trespassing our property through the Christmas holidays and left our house extremely messy not to mention the hazards (see pictures attached) which this estate agent was fully aware of but did not once apologise. They have provided a dreadful and unprofessional service - AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

The house was in terribly poor condition despite their claims they would clean the house before we move in. when we moved in and the heater was broken. They also never gave us 24 hour notice about people coming to view the house. The deposit also came 2 months late despite numerous emails and phone calls and them promising us the deposit would come by the end of the week. The Director also claimed to be student savvy with the timing of rent payments with the student loan, but the rent payments were always due before the loan comes so we were left unable to pay. Finally, the directors beard was so bad it just was't worth growing.

This letting agent purely exists to serve their landlord clients, not tenants. I did get my full deposit back but it took a while and was a result of a lack of communication on their part. I don't believe they are trying to rip you off, they're just not very good and exactly why the property industry needs to be regulated. If there's a problem with the house (damp in my case) they will ignore it. I'm of the opinion that rogue landlords choose to use this agent and they welcome them with open arms—be careful.

Awful agency that takes the mickey with student lettings. Our house was in a terrible state when we first moved in and actually looked better when we left. They repeatedly ignored our emails regarding issues with the house and with our deposit and continually gave us excuses for why things weren't getting done. Our landlord would tell us it was the agencies problem not his, the agency would tell us to contact the landlord because it wasn't their job. Really just doesn't cut it.

I would review this estate agents as zero stars however, this is sadly not possible on google. During my 11 month contract with them I had countless problems. Not only was the property not safe for anyone to live in, the estate agent regularly let people into the property with no prior notice and our tenancy agreement was breached numerous times. Whenever issues were raised with them they were rude and we felt like we were being treated like we were just students and did not matter to them until we refused to leave their office without a solution.

Bare minimum. Useless workers and were clueless as I did not receive my deposit until September when I should have received by July at least. The useless director claimed he would return the money at the end of the week on countless occasions but he was lying alongside the other idiots working at this place. It sounded like one of the workers was just clueless the whole time as she never knew what to do and another time a child seemed to pick up the phone which was very strange. The director claimed to clean the house before we entered but the house was dirty when we moved in. There was also constant miscommunication as they made my housemates and I sign the contract online via e-mail as well as in person when we were told that signing the contract via e-mail would suffice. They're not capable of simple tasks.

This letting agent is the worst I have ever had to deal with. From the very beginning of the tenancy we experienced extremely poor customer service and rudeness from various members of staff, who did not take note of appointments we had made and therefore did not have the keys ready when they were needed. Further miscommunications happened throughout our tenancy, making the entire experience very stressful which would have been avoided if this company had even an ounce of professionalism. Maintenance requests, queries about locations of the utility meters and other necessary information were completely ignored both by email and over the phone. Even emails specifically asking for confirmation of their receipt of information were ignored. Be prepared to have to fight for your deposit. Our lead tenant was told that we wouldn't receive it back because the agent had not received all keys from the property at the end of the tenancy - however this was not the case and all had been signed for. This resulted in the lead tenant having to make several phone calls to the agent who then did not return these calls. These agents continually lied to us, saying they didn't have the keys and then 'finding' them a week later, to charging us for extra damages that had not been agreed with the landlord, to telling us that our meter readings were incorrect when they were not. They will do absolutely anything to squeeze as much money out of you as possible. Extremely rude, unprofessional and awful at their job. Avoid at all costs.
