Jess from the Royal Leamington Spa shop is an absolute credit to your company. I called to do a call and collect and from Jess taking the call to the end I felt like someone actually gave me 100%. I've not had that kind of service for a very long time. Her politeness and customer focus was superb. Well done

Visited the garden center which alway looks lovely lot of plants but every time you walk into the garden centers you have to walk through pigeon poo on the floor it's very messy they should get rid of them as it's not healthy to have that everywhere not good for the staff.
Lovely friendly service today, fab products as always. Plus a free gift was on my account, good day.

I used to be a regullar customer(despite the incredibly pushy selling strategies) i recently came in to return a product that id had a reaction to. A staff member apologised and informed me she would get the manager. The manager was then incredibly rude making me feel it was my fault id had a reaction and that it was a massive inconvenience to her. I left disappointed and will not be returning to the store as i can find close alternatives else where.
