Not happy with the customer service, build quality and finishing isn't great. Sales team is nice and polite but that is what they should do in order to sell properties. I have raised many issues, did professional snagging but still waiting for someone to resolve those. If they say you have 1 week snagging period or 30 day snagging period then think it as a marketing tactic. Once reported they will take ages to repair.

I was shocked by the build quality and low rent fixtures and fittings. On a plus side they actually made the road wide enough to get to cars down which was unexpected

Don't buy a Persimmon house. They will speed everything up to deliver you a house and get your money and then you will have to run after Customer Care (they seem to care about, but they are not concerned about fixing your issues). And every one that comes in will complaint about the house quality and will say Persimmon are not the best quality builders, as if this was an excuse for the way they behave. No respect for their customers!
