I rented two location for three years from Lease Florida and if you like dirty bathrooms, leaky roofs, broken AC units and lease staff that is non responsive then this is the place for you. Find another location this place is a run down and cheap

I absolutely would not rent at their Sunset location. The property manager Nilsa is horrible. Loses rent payments and then demands double payment. I am a 6 year plus tenant exploring other options at this point.
