Having had high hopes and expectations from the really positive valuation meeting, we were quickly disappointed. We were held to an 8 week contract and, dispite being extremely flexible in our price expectations, viewings were few and far between. One of the negotiators essentially told us they were waiting for people to see our property online. Given their rates were the highest out of the agencies, we expected them to do more work than posting on Rightmove and Zoopla etc to collect their commission. To make matters worse, when looking to buy, I had to call multiple times in 1 day to arrange viewings of similar houses having seen them online - the team did not seem to think to recommend the others which could have been suitable, I had to find them myself online.

If I could give no stars i would. Advised to use Countrywide Convening by them. told my money would be held on account for a year ....18 months later I cant get hold of anyone to repay my money....phone numbers dead or another company, says they cant answer my call....
