Excellent service. Zoom call to understand the product before buying a real plus, can see the product, ask questions and generally get a better upfront understanding. After-purchase customer service also excellent. Great store for distance buying, but I'm sure also for walk-in purchases too. Recommended.

Visited yesterday to purchase a helmet for my daughter. Made an appointment online. We were made to feel very welcome and were served by a very knowledgeable man who took us through a number of helmets explaining all the safety features. My daughter was able to try them on with full covid procedures in place. Each helmet was checked to see if it fitted her correctly. Would highly recommend! 5 star service, friendly, knowledgeable plus he listened to exactly what it was that my daughter wanted. Thank you! We will definitely be back

Absolutely no customer service. Have ordered my stuff just before new year. No update yet. Bought some stuff on the black Friday as it was discounted, apparently they didn't had that item and have refunded me with store credit, then i have ordered other items and no update since. Never again.
