Asked lots of questions but got my mortgage offer eventually

So disappointed with thiscompany, they took our applications on one week later declared they were closing the doors to new applications and weren't in a position to offer any new mortgages. Why get our hopes up and give us a mortgage in principle? The worst of all, this they processed our application with a hard check then made the decision five days later to stop all offer on new applications. Meggallan obviously knew longer then a week they were stopping new applications. why wreck our credit with a hard check and charge us application/survey fee's!

shocking company, closed doors to new mortgage after i paid money and was waiting 7 weeks for the final offer, cost me my house i had my hopes up and had to have embarrassing conversations with the vendor and estate agents. complete let down.

Stay well away from Magellan home loans. Binding offer made and then withdrawn the day before completion without suitable reason.
