I paid for a fixed fee 45 min Ask the Expert, which Phil agreed to do over the phone. He read my documents prior to the call which really helped me to get the most out of our conversation. I have received assistance from Phil Palmer and a number of his colleagues at Quality Solicitors Palmers in Leatherhead and Fetcham during the last five years or so, in relation to a variety of separate issues and on each occasion have found the service to be of an exceptionally high standard: superb in every respect. Although I have sometimes felt a little daunted by certain aspects of Property, Litigation and Employment Law, not to mention making sense of bits of hideous legal jargon, Phil is unfailingly patient and thoroughly respectful - even when faced with some of my more basic enquiries and dare-I-say the odd silly question but he never makes me feel in the slightest bit stupid, in fact - I should say the truth is quite the reverse! Despite being extremely knowledgeable and professional Phil has an approachable, easygoing and friendly demeanour which makes for a thoroughly relaxed, enjoyable and entirely positive experience during sessions. Quality Solicitors Palmers really do live up to their name in terms of offering a fantastic ‘quality’ service with keen attention to upfront planning and cost effectiveness: no hidden prices or indeed surprises when the bill arrives!

Aggressive abusive and rude I approached Philip Palmer for his signature of a legal document. He signed my documents but knowingly crossed through parts of my contract that he did not agree with consequently voiding my contract wasting my time and money. He happily took my payment and then refused the next day to refund me for his mistakes. When I questioned him about this he then physically assaulted me and verbally abused me as he lost his temper and threw me out onto the street of his offices. Please be extremely wary of Palmer Solicitors and this man Philip. This is a very dangerous and untrustworthy man that I would most definitely not recommend him to anybody that requires a solicitor. He was reported to the police after this event.
