If I could give it 0 stars I would!! Got a taxi to the train station from a client's work place - booked for 21:20 - I was down at the taxi by 21:23 and was SHOUTED at by the driver for the whole journey for being late. I asked if I could stop for cash which caused a huge sigh and further shouting - when I got to the station I realised I might just about have enough money to cover the fare, however, the driver would not stop or let me out as he insisted I had asked for cash so I HAD to go to the cash machine. I am a 24 year old girl and felt very uncomfortable being in a cab and not being allowed to get out when I asked. He then refused to take me back to the station unless I got cash out so I had to walk to the station. AWFUL. I have never come across such a rude taxi driver in all my life - it was a terrible situation to be in especially at that time in the evening after a long day at work. I'm very lucky I didn't miss the last train back to London.
