Extraordinary efficient and immediate highly professional and courteous service. My PC crashed while doing some critical work and nothing functioned. They let me take it in immediately, found the power unit had failed, replaced it, checked all was in order, and I was back and up again running in just a few hours the same day.

Anna was really responsive with dealing with my initial query and Daniel has both fixed my machine and provided a really detailed log of what was the problem and the other services done on my PC in the workshop including my hard drive's remaining lifespan. I am very happy with the rapid service I have received and am most grateful to the whole team. Would thoroughly recommend and use again.

I bought a new laptop from Tekmate Last November, which developed intermittent faults. With Corona restrictions making life difficult I delayed getting the problem fixed, eventually took the machine back to Tekmate on 8th September; they ran tests and diagnosed a hardware problem, requiring a return to Lenovo under warranty. Machine returned to me 23rd September in good working order. Tekmate organised the return to Lenovo and carried out checks on returned machine. Paul at Tekmate was absolutely brilliant, cannot recommend these guys too highly.
