Top notch food store. Friendly staff, always helpful. Very clean. All the food is fresh all the time. The only thing that is kind of negative is that they don't have a great selection of products. Also most of the products are addressed to wealthy people rather than everyone. But overall an outstanding customer experience.

Small but has the basic essentials. I like the fact that they keep on top of food that's coming to the 'use by' expiration date. This ensures freshness. You are assured that you never accidentally buy food that's going off.

Always satisfactory, although some produce is no longer available.

A very convenient place for coffee. The cafe is reasonable although seating is limited. If you are looking to get your free daily Waitrose coffee then alway always go to the cafe over the machine. You might have to wait longer but they steam a latte properly. My only real gripe is parking, it’s limited at the rear and can take an age to find somewhere. Like the Swancentre Sainsburies near by you pay for the parking and are reimbursed which is an extra hassle if you are in a hurry. There are a number of free spaces out the front but they have patrons from many of the other local shops. In sum almost perfect except for the parking
