Unfortunately the reviews are right and if you order from them you may not get your item. I took a risk despite the reviews as they had the jacket style I wanted but as soon as I paid the communication stopped (before then every email and live message was responded to in 24 hours) and the jacket never came. I guess the fact that the owner is reviewing his own website (see review from Bilal Ahmed below) is not a good sign. Also worth looking at their F rating on the Better Business Bureau before you order. There are other companies out there offering a similar service so I would not recommend taking the risk with Leatherhere as paying 250 for nothing is not a good experience
