We love cold stone so much! It’s such a beautiful shop and it’s really neat and tidy! I got the small size with chocolate ice cream and Oreos and caramel and my husband got a plain waffle cone with cotton candy and strawberry ice cream! The pricing is very reasonable and the staff was very friendly!

Terrible service. No one was even out near the counter. I saw the girl in the back doing absolutely nothing and we tried to get their attention multiple times they only came out after I very loudly said forget this and started walking away. They claimed they were making ice cream in the back but it was clear they were just talking. We didn't even get any ice cream we will find a different cold stone where they actually care.

Not worth it. Do not like it Service not good. Asked 5 times still not tell me the real cost is. Only when I pay just know the actual cost very surprise this happen in United States
