My glasses broke (the frame) while I was on vacation and was sure I'd have to go blind until we got back to Seattle but Tammy came to the rescue and was able to put my lenses into a different frame. Now I can see and the vacation isn't ruined. Thank you so much for all your help!!!!

Dr. Koch is very knowledgeable with state-of-the-art equipment. He is very thorough, no-nonsense and really focuses on doing a superior job. He has a gift for determining the correct prescription; in the past I have been to other eye doctors who didn't quite get it right. It really is an art to find the right prescription as the doctor is relying on what the patient is telling him; there is not a way to determine this all with machines, it is an interaction between doctor and patient. A word of advice: measure your sitting distance from your computer before you go in. Both my husband and I are diabetic, and we see Dr. Koch for our annual exams. We also got prescription snorkel goggles from Dr. Koch. Some years ago I went to Dr. Koch for contacts the day before my wedding and he worked me in (I was not an established patient). Otherwise, all my wedding photos would be in glasses. :) I will never forget that act of kindness, I was just a visiting tourist for all he knew. As a result, Dr. Koch has been our doctor for many years.
