Most friendly staff I've ever met at a Starbucks! What a nice team. Great way to start a day with amazing Cup of coffee.
Gets pretty busy sometimes but I think the staff handles it well. It helps to use your mobile app to speed up your order and others. Had a peppermint mocha and it was great. I also tried to pay for the suburban of parents and kids behind me but they had already paid. The cool thing was that the employee then gave me my drink on the house! That made my day and I was only trying to make someone else's day. I give a huge thank you !!!
It gets really, reeeeally busy. I’m talking 25 minutes total wait time (orderingwaiting for your drink) and get ready to stand in line if you want to use the restroom while you’re waiting. I think they handle it pretty well. No indoor seating due to covid, which sucks but it is what it is. The place itself is beautiful (How could anything in Leavenworth not be beautiful?)
Easy in and out location, staff was very friendly and helpful when we asked for locals advice on a non restruant question!
Just plain rude. When you ask a guest to put on a mask, or in my case wear properly please ask nicely. The guy was beyond rude. I was struggling with PTSD all afternoon wearing my mask in compliance. I was taking a minute to release onside and felt attacked. If he had just asked nicely it would not have been a problem. This is hard enough without the aggressive rude behavior of your staff. Will not be back. The owner (I believe to be) contacted me and apologized. That in itself was great. I trust this behavior has stopped and all feel welcome. Thank you for contacting and trying to make right goes a long way.
I love Starbucks in general. Always stop here on the way back to Chelan. Very friendly staff Polite Fast service A great place
I love Starbucks for their consistency, knowing I can go to any of their stores and get exactly the drinks I like, however I have to set this location apart, and not for a good reason. I'm not sure what went wrong with the drinks, but I attempted it on 3 different occasions, changing it up each time. Their espresso just didn't do it for me. The drive thru barista (Rachael) was more than pleasant, I don't think I could fault the employees. Unless they were playing their part in a scheme to get out-of-towners to try any of the local coffee shops (It worked!). I think I'll blame the taste difference on the altitude.
