My experience so far has been awesome with both Shane and Marcus. Shane’s great in general. Nicole is really sweet. Ladies in rehab are awesome too. Staff in general are all around just great ppl. Had lower back pain/neck pain and it’s pretty much gone. Highly recommend.

I know there are a lot of 5 star reviews for this place and that is what made me give them a try. However after going there for about 10 times I really question the way they do business. The feeling I got is that they are after your money more than treating you. If you are not careful and on top of your claims and insurance they will rip you off. Asked them to submit your claims to the insurance before they collect money from you and see what happens :) Here are my review on actual treatment: 1- The girls in the back who do the therapy are extremely nice and lovely people to work with. However the actual service was not really beneficial to me, but they could be helpful to someone who don't know much about stretching. They basically do the same thing for everyone, regardless on what shape they are in. I didn't feel like they really tried to create a treatment for me based on my physicals condition. 2- Actual Chiropractic service: It is okay. However, pay attention on how often they want you to do it and question if it's really needed ( I feel like they just say you need to come more often that you really need to, so they can collect more money). -
Edit: The staff here really is wonderful. My concerns were addressed and when we came in for my daughter's next appointment, the chairs had been spaced farther apart and there were far fewer clients in the lobby. There was also hand sanitizer and sanitizing spray in the treatment rooms, with the doctor sanitizing his hands before and after seeing her. Thank you all for listening to my concerns and responding in such a kind and professional way. I just recently started bringing my daughter here to deal with some nerve issues she is experiencing with her hands. She has extreme anxiety, panic attacks, and sensory issues, and the staff and doctors have been very kind and accommodating, which is really a breath of fresh air. They act in a professional way and answer questions without rushing you. The few issues I see here are in handling possible spread of Covid. There is not enough space between chairs, they have a lot of people coming in at the same time, and I haven't seen any of the practitioners wiping down tables or using hand sanitizer/washing hands between patients. This is something we will be addressing and will determine whether we continue treatment here. It's too bad, since everything else is wonderful.
Dr. Shane and entire staff are simply the best. They have and continue to help me on my road to healing. Atmosphere is great, service is even better. Thnx a million.
I didn't appreciate the amount of unnecessary radiation I was exposed to from the various required X-Rays. Only to be scarcely seen with minimal adjustment by the physician, with the persuasive sentiments of come back and more will be revealed about the X-Rays in your next appointments. My experience undoubtedly left me with a hoaxy feeling from my visit at this physicians office.
Dr. Shane and his staff have been a tremendous help after an accident I had. They helped me through the entire process. I highly recommend coming here for any chiropractic needs you have.
Staff is amazing and caring. Was welcome by many friendly happy faces and bright smiles. Very well organized and professional. Made me feel like family within 5 minutes of being there. They really do care about their patients and I will continue to go to this place. I seen a physician today for all my pain being 26 years old it’s almost unbearable then I seen an amazing chiropractor. He did an adjustment and I hope I get some relief. For the first time being there today, I was highly impressed. GOOOOO HERE if you want a family of doctors and staff behind you.
