Dr. BYERS is FANTASTIC! I went to see her several months ago to consult about an Encore procedure. She spent nearly two hours with me and was very thorough along with doing a photo of my face that showed the problem areas. In addition, it showed the actual age that my skin looks vs my chronological age. It was very informative and helped me decide on the procedure I was considering doing. She was priced very reasonably and did the procedure I consulted about three weeks later. The office hours made it easy to follow up and at this point, I am still awaiting the final results. So far customer service has been everything I had hoped it would be. I will follow up here with the final outcome when my Encore results are finished.
