This company is Outrageous with prices!! 500 to tow a car less then 40 miles !! I DO NOT recommend this company!! Cheaper to call someone from Bakersfield !!! Nooo... it's Called Price Gauging on holidays when other companies in your area is 200 less an for u to charge 500 for 2 hours time !! That's uncalled for ! Dont play the pity party !! You jus keep price Gauging see how many more customers you get !! FYI........ I called A Bakersfield tow company they doin it for less then half your price!!

Terrible service. Was given a 5:30pm flatbed arrival time. I ended up cancelling their service at 9:15pm as they still had not arrived. Yes, it is the 4th of July weekend, yes things are busy and hectic. No problem with them being slow. My problems is that they rarely answered my calls (they answered 1 of 7 calls) and when they answered my insurance company calls I was given multiple, “we will be there in 15, 30 or 40 minutes” responses. They never showed. Avoid like the plague- err ‘Rona.
They saved my dad and my step son and I couldn’t be more happy to know that they are safe ! We are from Florida and it was a crazy emergency but you guys got there and thank you for everything !
I broke down With a trailer issue 2.8 miles south of Lebec and called for a tow. They told me 45 mins for arrival which took hours. Then by 2:30 am I arrived to flying J but still needed repairs done in the morning. For two tires and a trailer part. I purchased the parts my self so they would be ready for the driver. Called at 9:30am and ended up leaving at 4pm. I called the shop and the girl that answered was extremely rude and told me it’s taking so long because I purchased the parts myself??? So basically because I made a smart decision and tried to speed up the process, they milked 6 hours and told me I should have had them get the parts. The total time this all took is completely impossible. If I were to be able to watch the gps tracking of the driver it would be a complete joke! Even if you break down at there driveway call someone hours away. It’ll be cheaper...tow truck drivers were good guys though and friendly that’s about it.
