We switched from Peterson oil after a costly repair from their bio oil. We were happy knowing they only use #2fuel. This is the second season using them. I called November 3 to get the tank filled. Woman on phone looked up my account and seen I have a positive balance from fuel assistance. She said they will deliver 100 gallons. I asked her if she could just fill the tank. She told me that they don't like to do that because they have to wait 50 days to get paid from fuel assistance. So I asked her if it's better and cheaper for them if they keep coming out with 100 gallons at a time. In the end she reluctantly agreed to fill the tank. If fuel assistance is a problem for them. I don't know why their part of the program. Feeling a little bad about myself that I need to use fuel assistance,and I'm putting leblanc oil into hardship.

We’ve used this oil company a couple times with no issue for routine visits, but today was the most horrible, disrespectful service people I’ve encountered. We made a mistake, as humans do sometimes, and our oil ran out. Of course with no issue we paid extra to have them come same day to fill up and to prime the system to get it back up and running. The first service man that came to the house was swearing, rude, and treated me like a speck of dirt when I tried to ask questions after he told me “my filter was all clogged and there’s no oil going to the furnace, so you have to have someone else come service it”. HOURS later of being in the cold, more service men show up, only to tell us that nothing is actually wrong with the filter or furnace at all, and it took them all of 45 seconds to get the furnace primed. They told us that the first guy was “busy and in a rush” and instead of sticking around for another minute or two, he lied straight to my face about what was wrong and left me freezing in my home. Of course you know we have to pay for both service men to come to the house today though!!! If you ever have an emergency problem happen, do not call this company.

I tried calling 4 or 5 places. Everyone was extremely busy, LeBlanc got to my house THE SAME DAY I called. Very professional and didni mention they're also the cheapest around, and by a lot. With pricing and service like that why would you go through any other company
