Excellent service very friendly knowledgeable staff and well stocked Spar mini market style with newsagent. Offers fresh local produce aswell ,heated foods and hot beverages. A Corner plot location which can be a bit awkward to negotiate with vehicles as forecourt is unusual design. Texaco petrol at good prices. LPG gas and power wash facilities.
Last week I visited here and was absolutely disgusted at how I heard the staff spoken to by what I can only presume were the people who owned the shop. The male in the shop was shouting across the shop and the female was equally as rude to them. How they have any employees talking to them like that is beyond me. Apart from witnessing that, the two staff working behind the till were extremely polite and very helpful.
Busy rural service station with friendly staff and a good spread of facilities. Texaco with 8 pumps car wash and lots of local produce cakes and flowers etc. Toilets and side car parking if you need 5 minutes for a coffee etc. On crossroad to Worcester and Hereford, Leominster and Gloucester. Great local asset! N.
Good shop, friendly staff
Always a friendly welcome and always open. They have loos and coffee which is about the only place to stop at 730 in the morning for such things ..
