I haven't experienced such an outstanding customer service in a long time like in the Ledbury branch and I am from the hotel business with a lot to compare to. All the young Ladies, namely Becky, Mytro, Kathleen, Helen - and John of course behind the scenes - were superb. You can't leave this shop but fully satisfied and looked after. Thank you very much.
