Terrible Service. Delivery cancelled because of bad weather, second agreed date cancelled due to sick drivers, third delivery failed as they didn't know we had requested a 4 wheeler because of access, something I had discussed with customer services on the first failed delivery, and information which should have been supplied to them by \The Oil Club\ We have been told we now have to wait another 5-6 days for them to come out again even though we are only 13 miles from a depot and it's not our fault, their attitude was basically \tough\ I previously requested through their website that they contact me with regards opening an account with them, and a week and a half later I've heard nothing from them, probably just as well as they are totally incompetent and have no interest in giving good customer service....I dodged a bullet! Avoid this company if you want good old fashioned service, and buy elsewhere.

Used Watson fuels for my last 3 oil deliveries, first occasion they were competitive with local suppliers prices & service was good. The second delivery was scheduled for a specific day as we had ran out of oil but the delivery didn't arrive. I called to chase and was informed that the driver had ran out of oil & the earliest they could get back out to our property would be in 3 days time. The member of staff was very apologetic and gave a slight discount on the agreed price in the hope it wouldn't deter me from using them again. The third occasion I ordered the oil delivery arrived when I was not at the property and when I checked the invoice they hadn't supplied the amount of oil I requested, when queried I was told that the driver had ran out of oil again! I shall be using a different company from now on as not had this problem with any supplier I have used in the past!
