Jessica is a rockstar! She has worked diligently on my order. She is attentive to my requests she offers professional insight and suggestions and has not stopped working since I first contacted her! She is professional and dedicated without being pushy or forceful. I will continue to use her and the team at Alice Embroidery as well as recommending them to my friends and family. I am so excited to get the project back which I might ad was 5 weeks shorter than anyone else I contacted. She sent to proofs and revisions and was available to all of my requests! I am impressed. I needed some hats made up for an event, thought I would try a new place since they are local. The hats themselves were great quality, but the stitching in the lettering was loose and the letters were out of shape, different sizes, and just not even. I stopped in to see what could be done and I guess that’s just how it is. Wish I wasn’t stuck with a minimum order for this reason. Won’t be back, will not recommend, so I put in my full order with another place I’ve used for years.
The people that run this company are absolutely amazing. After a miscommunication that was probably my fault they were very accommodating. Not only that but they are very helpful with anything that you might need. I HIGHLY recommend Alice and her staff! An amazing experience for sure. Thanks again!
