The staff was always available, or else got back to us within the same day. I'm a little disappointed by the refusal of the teller to reverse an NSF charge, my one and only that I ever had while banking with ATB. A different location I requested had zero problem doing it for me and was very confused as to why the teller here wouldn't do it as I was a customer in good standing, had never missed a payment, and have been with ATB for about five years now with not so much as a hiccup.
Very friendly tellers!
