I try this one from time to time and always quite disappointed.. latest trip I got a 56 double buddy burger. Paid almost 5 bucks for it and waited almost 10 minutes... surprise surprise it came out with one patty... always go to the one in nisku if you can. Always reliable and quick.. I don't care if it was 9 in the morning.. your all burger policy shouldn't take 10 minutes and should come with what I ordered and paid for... won't go there again.

Ordered Canadian breakfast for 8.00. Speed of service, very fast! Size of portions and value, reasonable. Hormone & antibiotic-free meat, excellent! Flexibility, good... (I asked to substitute toast for a pancake.) However, they served the tasty pancake with MARGARINE!! The counter service clerk said they have no butter in the restaurant. I said using a dangerous food like margarine is totally inconsistent with their healthy approach to food. She apologized. Needless to say, I discarded the nasty trans fat-laden, hydrogenated margarine. Later when the cook came out, he confirmed they use only margarine, and he said he'd try to do something about it.
You can look forward to goodish food and increasingly creative ways that the cooks can screw you out of bacon. I had a bacon and egger with 2/3 a piece of bacon separated into sections to try to cover the egg. A teen burger is lucky to have 1 full piece. Come on guys there's not a freakin bacon shortage and you charge more than anyone else, give us the bacon we pay for please.
A&W , seems to be a bit better then the rest of the hamburger joints. As long as what they are advertising is in fact true on the raising beef and chicken's in a safer manner. How ever some franchise owners are not clean at all.
Friendly staff..
