They do not care about their clients. Money only.. I showed up before the end of my appointment and the receptionist informed my my credit card was charged, they would not run it througy my insurance.. My counsellor would not see me.. she hid in the hallway and did not even come out to see if I was ok. The receptionist was all to happy when I cancelled my next appointment.. Extremely disapointed with the narcisstic policy and bedside manner from this office that is supposed to be helping clients overcome the traumas associated with this type of treatment. SHAME ON YOU KARUNIA COUNSELLING.
