Very poor service, I understand they live by policies but it felt like they were looking for ways to not assist. I spoke to someone I know who works at another branch, and there is in fact a very simple solution to what I need.

Might want to change the text on your website as it states you are open at 9:30am. Sitting here is a full parking lot as everyone else thought the same!

Staff are fine I have no complaints. What is horrible is RBCs automated phone answers , most painful of any bank EVER. Also the main reason I am giving one star is I basically have to bank in Edmonton as they are severely understaffed so if I want to get in to see anyone I was told it will be 3 weeks. If that isn't absurd what is, its not even RRSP season! Close the branch, cut your costs and pass the savings on to customers and I'll keep driving to Edmonton

The physical location in Leduc is terrible. Gas station right in the parking lot. Parking is very poor and it is crowed all of the time. Also I am annoyed when I call and it takes so long to get through or actually impossible to get through when you phone. So much irrelevant information to me. I am calling for a specific reason. I don’t need or want to hear about your on-line banking improvements etc.
