Stay away from this bank and put your money elsewhere. I requested an RESP statement over 4 weeks ago and have been given the run around. The fact that you can’t see your own statements online is ridiculous, but they don’t even know who manages or generates their own statements so I shouldn’t be surprised. I was told it was Concentra, then Concentra tells me it’s Servus. I was told to make an appointment so I did. Narjit has provided me with zero customer service. He called me once to tell me the statement will take 10 days to process and he’ll send it to me when he receives it. That was August 27th and I haven’t heard a word. I’ve emailed him 2 times since then, and he hasn’t even given me the courtesy of a response. I cannot wait to close my account here and never deal with these guys again. Horrible customer service, inefficient, and not knowledgeable!!!

Constantly charges service fees, some they call \service charges\ but there's really no difference, despite claiming they don't do so until you're 25, relies on constant lies and deception to rope people in and can't even honor their own policies. Tired of dealing with them and will be switching to another credit union.
Horrible bank. Won't call me to resolve the issues that THEY created on my auto loan, simply just avoid me. Now they want me to come INTO the branch with a spinal injury when I live over an hour away to sort out THEIR mistakes. Won't be using servus ever again
Servus Credit Union has been unbelievably difficult to deal with while trying to make payments, pay outstanding bills and address issues regarding an estate of a long time customer. They have frozen all accounts forcing us to borrow money to pay outstanding bills and utilities for his properties. They refuse to sell on investment tied to a RRIF as it drops in value, currently down approximately 15% in value. They continue to tell us they are protecting his assets even though it continues to cost the estate thousands of dollars.
Very hard to deal with the Supervisor, have no idea of what company policies are. Stay away from this branch if possible.
