At first, Heather didn't seem willing to help, or invested in serving the customer. And she gave me wrong information about the sale. However Christan and Cordelia are friendly, kind and willing to help, which made the experience that much better!

I had to return a pair of dress pants and when I got to the register, Sabrina assisted me. I told her I wanted to return these pants and her response was “ughhhh”. EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFUL!!! She treated me like I was such an inconvenience for her. BUT THIS IS LITERALLY YOUR JOB. Terrible customer assistance from Sabrina.

Very very bad store I drive 70 minutes from my house to them for buy some shirt the my size was not available I asked the cashier he sat we can ship your size to you I said okay after that I want 2 weeks I don’t get nothing after that I received email they say we don’t your order I can trust them I told all my friends don’t do there
