Had a great experience! Trash can nachos were delicious! I had the homemade veggie burger, very good! My son had the mac&cheese bacon cheeseburger and inhaled it. Said it was so good and juicy. Excellent service. Fun times! Great food.

I requested to have my food ready for pickup between 4:45 and 5pm because I knew that's when I would arrive. I received a notification that my food was ready at 4:30. When I arrived I spoke with the manager and she told me that food was prepared early on busy nights to ensure it was ready on time and she assured me the food was still hot while it was sitting there for 15-20 minutes. Of course, the food was not hot and everything was soggy. If you guys can't follow a schedule that is provided to the customer when ordering a meal, then remove that option from the website. If a customer requests a certain time to pickup the food, it's probably for a reason. I will not be going back to this location at Foxwoods because who wants to spend 50 on cold, soggy food? February 20, 2021 Chk#3630 UPDATE 3/2/2021 I EMAILED THE PERSON THAT REPLIED TO THIS REVIEW AND RECEIVED NO RESPONSE ABOUT FIXING THE SITUATION. JUST ANOTHER PLOY TO MAKE IT LOOK LIKE THEY CARE.

This is probably one of the best restaurants in the casino. The food was delicious and I highly recommend the experience.
