Been given the run around with my grandfathers glasses for over 6 weeks. Went to pick them up (9/17), they were ordered wrong the first time, supposed to order again. Fine, we understand mistakes happen Two weeks passes and we hear nothing so we call (9/29), Office manager lied that they were reordered when in fact 2 weeks had passed and they hadn’t been sent to another lab yet until we called to check on status. The glasses finally got reordered that same day after we called, another lady told us. We were given no update again that the glasses had made it in on 9/8 until WE called them on 9/14. What do you know? They were made incorrectly again!! Take your money elsewhere. They were “so busy” the first day we ordered the glasses that we would’ve had to wait 15 minutes just to get a receipt. Uncalled for! Quick to take your money, quick to ask for all these upgrades, quick to screw up time and time again with no apologies given.

Quick friendly service and a large selection of spectacles, even very expensive Jimmy Choo shades. The wait is no longer than a few minutes and the staff is knowledgeable about their craft. An existing eye prescription can be used to purchase glasses if it's not older than a year.

One star is too many! My mother was a patient at this facility a week ago. Her eyes were dilated and she received no education as to what to expect or any disposable eyewear to offset the effects of her eyes being dilated. She was simply released to drive herself home. This is poor customer service and above everything, a patient safety issue. Thank God my mother sat in the parking lot until she felt like it was okay for her to drive. This is horrible and it should be a standard practice to educate patients on what to expect when their eyes are dilated or at the least provide eye protection prior to the patient leaving. I certainly would not recommend this place to anyone. ** Update** My mother has been prescribed glasses that she can not see out of to read. She returned to the office and was told to just hold her papers up when reading. I have never witnessed such incompetence or a lack of caring for a patient's needs. The office has failed to respond to emails or phone calls to rectify this situation. But, the owner \Dr. Gordon\ responded on my prior review with an empty apology. I am pretty sure there was a response because this format is public. The acts of this office has defied all standards of professionalism and patient care. Stay away from this place!

I guess you can come here if you enjoy having your eyes dilated and then sent on your way with no eye protection :) No, in all seriousness, i would recommend finding an actual competent eye doctor!

The staff need customer service training Rude and very unprofessional they don’t discuss what they are doing or what is expected of you during your visit, but the doctor was wonderful!!!! If you can get pass the front you will be ok
