I urgently needed a large pane of sash window glass. They offered to send a glazier to come fit the new pane within a few days or to supply it immediately so that I could do the job. I opted for the latter and collected the glass today. Staff very friendly and obliging - the pane was even ready cut for me when I arrived. I have used LGG before and I will happily use them again and recommend them.

People there are very direct and to the point, they immediately ask you what you want to buy or to get cut then they get someone to do it for you. Amazingly fast service. Also, if you have queries or are trying to do something new with glass like me (I went to get glass to replace panels on my computer case) they will happily tell you their opinion on what’s the best price for you and fastest option. Genuine people just doing their job well, so 5 stars for me. Highly recommend it.

Very good service. I'd recommend these guys to anyone who wants a fast, reliable response. I will say I was offered a very good price by friendly staff. EDIT: staff do dodgy works behind the scenes. I tried to use them again and they were so very rude to me over the phone.
