A really lovely and different park. Some of the park is castle themed which was really cool. The huge tube slides were brilliant, but you get thrown around as you come down, so be careful. There were 2 other parks there for the smaller children.

Absolutely amazing park with plenty to do for kids of all ages. The walk path arround this park is lovely with nice pond with lots of swans, ducks and birds.

Really great place for naturey walks. The parking is free if you go after 6pm and there’s a great playground area for small children. Lots of lovely wildlife to see on the walks and clear maps dotted around so you can get lost. The view from the top of the hills is beautiful. Highly recommend.

We only really go to the play park. The kids absolutely love it. Aged 4 and 6, plenty for them to do. Also it seems to be very well looked after. Sometimes you get there and parts of it are gated off for safety due to repairs and overhaul. Would like to see other parks be treated the same as this one. Only down side is there doesn't seem to be enough bins for rubbish, occasionally there is quite a lot of rubbish against the fence.... Parking is charged at 1 per hour. A lot of people think that's just for the park, as far as I can see it goes towards the upkeep of the rest of the land. Bargain in my eyes.

This former M.O.D. land has become a lovely Country Park for all the family. A smashing playground for the young ones and great trails and routes throughout the park with views of lakes and open spaces. It would need more than one visit to see everything. The parking is a bit dear for those who want to stay for more that a couple of hours plus no toilets or cafe so come prepared!
