My right knee started to hurt. It progressed to the point where I needed to use a cane after running. I went in to see Dr. Daniel Lee I wish to share what a nice experience it was. The office staff at the front desk and all crew is friendly and very helpful. They told me what to expect and about some of the past patients. That welcoming atmosphere goes a long way when I am there for a possible surgery. Thank you to all nice Staff that helped me out. I told Dr. Lee about my pain. He rotated my knee and felt my joint. He said that he thought that it was an issue with my meniscus. He ordered an MRI. The request went in right away. I was getting my MRI within one week. Sure enough.. Ding ding ding. Dr. Lee was correct. I have a torn meniscus. See my picture of what a torn meniscus looks like. I needed surgery. Arlet scheduled an appointment and was very helpful finding a time that would work for me. I needed to schedule a ride and pickup from the surgery. I had my surgery on 2/12/21. Dr. Lee was very comforting and before the surgery. I had my follow up appointment 6 days later. Dr. Lee had pictures and explained all that he did to help my knee. My pain in the middle of my knee is gone. I still need to do physical therapy and will recover slowly. I really hope you never have to visit an orthopedic surgeon. If you ever have an injury and you are in life changing pain. I would recommend Dr. Daniel Lee for any orthopedic need. Thank you Dr. Daniel Lee

They NEVER answer their phones in either location. So when they call you better answer. Thing is.. the dr is pretty awesome
Doctor Lee, in my experience, was a very good doctor. He cared about my issue and took his time to provide his detailed opinion. I received treatment thanks to him, and gained understanding of my issue. Now I live with much less pain and am actively working to overcome my injury. The office staff have also been respectful and friendly. The billing department, however, has not given me such a great impression. Perhaps it is atypical but I went in person to pay my bill. I wanted to take the most labor intensive route because I could directly interact with a human being when it was time to hand over money. A couple weeks later, they call me and leave me a voicemail with no details, just asking me to call back. When I do, I am told that my payment was never received, now I'm asked to provide EVIDENCE that I paid 23 dollars. Yeah I don't know how free your schedule is but I sure don't have time to play detective work and prove myself when I PHYSICALLY showed up in person to make a payment. If you can't swipe my plastic card and take money off it, that's on you. Figure it out yourself, Roberta. I'm not wasting any of my time with calls or contacts anymore. Just how important do you think 23.38 dollars is to me? I paid in person at many other health service provider locations before. I paid at flex physical therapy down the road, I paid at the MRI Imaging center on Central. NOBODY ELSE has had this issue. Not once did Roberta apologize to me over the phone. I was treated as if I had never paid and was trying to hoax them. Absolutely no respect from the billing end, leaves the worst taste in your mouth!
Place was a mess and phones were down. Waited way longer then I needed to. They had to have another location forward them my MRI to them. BUT in the end I did receive some very good information on my injury. Doctor Lee knows what he is talking about.
In December I got surgery for my carpotunel after surgery he sent me to physical therapy but my hand never got better now I can't feel my fingers and the doctor realeased me of going back to his office. My hand is stiff and can't move it anymore .
