Very happy with the care provided! I was advised to take my cat to Abbey House for an emergency appointment yesterday evening (27/12/20). From start to finish the service was excellent. Although the hospital was very busy due to it being a Sunday & in the evening, the night Vet took did not rush and took a great deal of time to explain everything in detail to my partner and I. She remained was very professional despite the work load and added pressures from the changes made by the pandemic.
