Used to live right next to this supermarket and missed it so much once we moved. So happy to discover they now deliver. Ordered today and received within a few hours (no delivery fee!), everything fresh as always and fantastic quality for the price. Is honestly saving us so much money in lockdown as its easy to bulk buy most items. Service was super friendly and personal, felt like we were cared for as customers! Even received a phone call from the manager to ensure we got all our items alright and that the service was professional, cant fault it!

This is the first time I chose the home delivery service and given the current situation I was thinking they will take at least a week for delivery but they actually delivered within 3 hours of making the order. That is exceptional during these difficult times. Very happy with their service and quality of the product. Fruits and veg were really fresh I guess they picked everything with good care. Excellent customer service will use them again in a weeks time. Appreciate your efforts and thanks for the help. Keep being great :-)

They have a good range of products but they have a tendency to short-change people. This happened to me twice. When I challenged this they acknowledged the mistake but refused to give my money back. My advice to anyone shopping here would be to calculate the price of any items you buy and ensure you know exactly how much change you should get. Try to give exact change where possible. Customer service is often quite weak too. The only reason to go there is because they do have better opening times than most of the other stores along Roundhay road, it is just a shame they try to scam people into giving more money than they ought to.
