My mum is resident there. The staff are great. Make sure she's well looked after. Even on her birthday they made her a cake. Very friendly when you visit.

I visit my friend here every week, This care home is more like a hotel than a care home. There is a lovely happy atmosphere, the residents all look happy and well cared for, my friend says the food is delicious, and she gets all the care that she needs always with a smile and a cheery word.

You hear all these comments about how lovely it is and it looks like a hotel etc... Take it from someone who worked there briefly, It is a prison for OAP's and it is mismanaged on a massive scale. CQC need to do a proper inspection of this home and give them poor residents the care they deserve. Some of the staff are lovely but the manager and her clique rule the roost and anyone who doesn't go along with their improper style of care are shown the door. We are sending some detailed problems to the owners of this home and also to CQC. To the relatives : Your member of family may have dementia but please listen to them if they tell you something is not right. We listened and found out a lot of truths.
