I Guess Supposed to Be Another Asda in The Country but the Staff With Lack of Knowledge If Asked About a Particular Item in few Occasions I've Asked Makes it Different Then Others. I Literally Live About 5 Mins Drive from This Establishment and Usually Visit It Minimum Twice a Week But Almost 4/5 Times Now When I Enquired About Something Specific From The Staff, I Didn't Really Get a Straight Answer and Usually Ended Up Finding Myself. I Prefer Going to Asda Center Pudsey, Staff At least Have Stock Knowledge and Always Helpful. Hope The Management Here Takes a Notice of It Tries to Change The Staffs Attitude.

Had my asda home delivery today and had to give a review after being in lockdown for what seems an eternity and hardly speaking to anyone as since this pandemic happened it seems everyone is walking round like zombies but today my delivery driver was the most pleasant man you could imagine he wore his ppe kept a safe distance but most of all he had a laugh with us bit of banter and really cheered us up the customer service was on point and he definately made our year not day did get the man's name but unfortunately my brains like a siv I'm sure it was zahir but don't hold me to it lol x
What an absolute disgrace your customer service is. We have a recurring delivery on a Thursday as we have 2 vulnerable people in the household. Today we were expecting our delivery as usual between 11am and 1pm. The weather is very bad with snow so we accept this may be delayed. We rang mid afternoon to check and were assured the order was on the way. We received an SMA to tell us our order was on it’s way. At 21.45 I logged on to the groceries portal to track the order which was now suddenly cancelled. I rang customer services but all they could say was the store cancelled the order. OK, when will It be delivered? It won’t the store cancelled the order therefore there is no space. The store will apparently ring me tomorrow to tell me what happens next. So I tried ringing the store but the lines are not working due to the high demand. We are aware the weather has been atrocious and travel around the area is difficult but to not even get a phone call or a text message to tell us the order was cancelled is absolutely disgusting. If someone had have rung we could probably have arranged click and collect or a locker collection, but there is nothing we can do to manage the situation if you do not communicate.
Sell tins of soup with no soup inside. Not for Me to judge, Just I won’t be buying. But it’s there for them that need it
For me this asda is WAY TOO SMALL for a big supermarket shop, the middle isle is just as big as a normal food isle and the normal isles seem to be more narrow than other supermarkets causing lots of problems when trying to navigate round with a trolley. I will only shop here if i really have to purley due to the size and how uncomfortable i feel shopping there. Id 100% chose to go elsewhere.
