Worst customer service ever. Been there 3 times, 2 of them got refused to withdraw coins, another time brought in coins and they would not count it for me and told me that I have to go back home and count it myself. And the 3rd time I visited, finally got served with the biggest attitude. Sort our your staff that thinks they're better than everyone else and doesn't want to serve customers which are not there for business account reasons or dealing with big sums of money.

Witness badly attitueded security work been horrible to a member of the public, I do not know if the person worked there but had a disappointed attitued which I excepted better from any staff. Later I found out the person has a YouTube channel called 'The Lotus Planet' and the whole interaction was recorded, head office need to teacher this staff member lessons.
Constant queueing outside! Shortened opening hours and barely any appointments! Yes covid is happening right now but other banks, shops and restaurants are still functioning normally with excellent service. Absolute joke.
Rubbish service. Told to queue to use the cashing out desk and when I got there they told me they closed it
Horrible service staff had no sort of knowledge of what’s going on unorganised. customers waited in lines for over 45 minutes while some where just going inside the security and staff male outside had no idea what they were doing , I was in the que for 45 minutes afterwards another staff from inside came to me and said you where out here for a while I explained to him I just wanted to deposit 21 pounds he then let me in people with babies were just left their . When an elderly man asked the staff what’s going on he replied your not royalty the security giggled . Really this is disgusting .
