Thanks guys, really pleased with the rail delivered and is of a great standard. My only critique is that having paid 40 for delivery, I was the one chasing for confirmation of when it was being delivered hence the 4 stars.

My client placed a order with this company 10 weeks ago with the bumbling owner visiting the site but they could not fulfill. As a builder waiting for materials we lost alot of time waiting on them. My client must have phoned them around 20 times and many times in front of me, they would just say that they will get back to us and blame other members in the company. They talk the talk like big time charlies but are small boys who just cant deliver. We have now chosen thier local competitors who can deliver.
absolutely useless company. call them to order, then they say they will get back to me, days later they are confused to who i am. then i email many times and they say they will get back to me and never do. call them again and they say you must have spoken to a collegue, call again and they then say email, email and they say call etc... this person then says someone will call and nobody does, call again and they get confused again. 4 weeks of short term memory loss from all the staff. its like talking to the chuckle brothers, To Me... To You...
No good. I waited all day on sunday for them to come and then monday and they still didnt come. A guy called simon wasted my time.
