A very poor experience. I was sent the wrong flooring and then once this was sorted the flooring I received was sub standard. They sent an evaluator around to assess the flooring where they decided that it was me who damaged the flooring. Absolute poppycock. I am now having to pay a solicitor to get the money back but will be out of pocket on their fees. Avoid. I think a lot of the 'good' reviews are their friends. Dear Best @ Flooring. I see your reply where you try to pretend that I don't have an order. The reason you can't locate the order is because it was ordered in my partners name. I am surprised you have no knowledge of this order. For me it is just an attempt to discredit my review and brush a terrible customer experience under the carpet.

Absolute con. Ordered 5 packs of Karndean Korlok and was advised it was in stock and free delivery. Now they are saying they have 5 packs but they are in the warehouse and want 50 delivery.I asked them to wave this as per their advert but declined.I shall be taking this to advertising standards and rogue traders.
