Really pleased with the advice received from Chris Allen. He went out of his way to assist me in an urgent matter despite the festive period. Explained things in an easy to understand way allowing me to make a logical decision on how to proceed with my issue. Great guy, can highly recommend!

Shocking service. Purchase a house and used blacks. Communication is poor, slow... and flat out incompetent. At one point I was asked to send documents to prove I had 80k, I sent two statements... each for 40k. Blacks was unable to do 4040 80. So they waited a week then got back to me asking where the extra 40k was. I told them I had attached two files and go a \Oh sorry\ and had to wait another week. And this is the tip of the iceberg. Then charged me over 2k to buy a house. I will never use them again.

Complete joke of a law firm. Totally unresponsive and incredibly unprofessional. They were acting for my lender on a property acquisition. Basically refused to lift a finger/do any work until the last minute by which time all was too late and mortgage offer had expired. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. There are far better solicitors out there to use.

Absolute farce of a company. Responsiveness is basically non-existent and they do not keep to the timelines they have set themselves after being chased. If these guys are getting involved your a house sale process seriously consider finding a new buyer ASAP, another company could do the whole process from start to finish in probably half the time.
