Arranged the carpet fitting for 10:30 till 12:30 and received a call at 9:20 to say the fitters are outside the house. The house is currently unoccupied so there was noone to let them in though I was on my way there. The fitter repeatedly complained about how they had a job afterwards like that was my problem even though that was the time I was give my a store employee. They damaged the new paintwork in a few spots and sprayed so much glue that loose parts of the carpet is now stuck to the skiting boards. Will definitely pass on using this company again.
