Had a lovely experience recently. Barry was very helpful arranging the jewellery to be delivered to our home due to it not being in store. It arrived 2 days later, is excellent quality and I would highly recommend this jewellery shop. We will be back in the New Year! Had the most fantastic afternoon with Emma and the rest of the staff picking out my engagement ring. Everyone was really welcoming and incredibly helpful in making me feel comfortable and supported in making such a big purchase! Ended up with my dream ring and literally had the most amazing experience. Highly recommend a visit you won't be disappointed!

I had the pleasure of buying a Grand Seiko watch from Jordan and Barry today. I can't recommend Chisholm Hunter in Leeds highly enough. The staff are both passionate and knowledgeable about their products and were more than happy to spend time politely listening to all my nerdy watch anecdotes. (They also had plenty of their own so it wasn't *ALL* one way). Seriously though, lovely people and I will give them my business again in a heartbeat (once I can persuade my wife to let my buy that Skyflake) :)

Sally delivered a great service today, while Karen aided her through some of the details. After the purchase, Emma offered to give me a booklet of useful information, which was very nice. All of this was thanks to Barry, who spoke to me at the door a few days ago, suggesting I make a visit later.

Called in to the shop on a Saturday afternoon. Staff couldn't be more helpful, all very knowledgeable and best of all not pushy. Spent a good amount of time chatting to Jordan and Barry. Listened to my questions about an investment in a watch and answered without trying to force me to buy. They all took the time just to chat with me. Highly recommended, and I will be going back.
