If I could give 0, I would to that with pleasure. I can say that it is the most unprofessional behaviour that I ever saw in my life. I had a viewing yesterday for a property. I was waiting outside of the property and noone showed up. When I called them they said that the apartment is rented. They never called me to cancel the appointment, they don't even apologized for letting me wait outside of the property. The girl I speak with was like laughing with the situation. They are unbelievable. Please read reviews before you book a viewing with them. Everyone is saying the same thing about them. Be careful!

Recently finished my letting agreement with City Red due to me buying my own house. The property I rented was excellent and anything I required help with Mr Holt didnt hesitate to assist me with. Professional company with some great properties available to rent.

Seems as if my old review has been deleted, very professional guys. Were perfectly happy to keep me in a black-mould filled house even after daily complaints. Promised to fix the mould or at least replace my damaged furniture but of course never did. Still experiencing health problems related to black-mould do this day. These people are just scammers, avoid like the plague
