24 hours office open for staff dropping off local deliveries which couldn’t be delivered to customers

Placed an order on wickes website. They use citysprint to deliver items. Was notified the day before thats my items had been collected, and would be delivered between 8am and 7pm. At 3pm I received a message that said my items where on there way. As from that message I was able to track my items. When the delivery arrived the courier was very polite. I would definitely recommend the courier service to other people 5* service.

I applied for a courier vacancy that was being advertised.I was left a voicemail message on the 24/03 asking if I would call back next day.I called back on the 25 at 8am but was told the person who had left the message did not start until 9.30.I called back again at 9.45 to be told the person was just setting up to start work and would call me back.I waited and waited no call back.Around 15.00 I called back again,this time I was told the person was speaking to another driver and would call me back when she had finished and guess what no call back.On the 27th I called again and once again was told the person was busy and would return my call,its now the 31st and I am still waiting.Would you want to work for or use a company who operates this way.

Incompetent drivers - 'address not located' yet supposedly left a calling card (they did not)? Drivers also told to stop delivering as soon as 10pm hits? What's the point of paying extra for same day delivery if you just give up at 10pm when your shift isn't completed? Would not recommend.
