Very impressive service! We meticulously searched online for walking boots but the tips given by the staff (Harrison I think) were invaluable. Wouldn't buy outdoor gear without visiting again.

Went to have a look at camping stuff, the shop assistant was very knowledgeable, gave us lots of useful advice. We explained we were on a budget and he was honest and told us what was worth getting from Cotswolds and what wasn't. Plus YHA discount.
Had great service today arranging to replace my walking boots which have been leaking. Did not have the same in my size, so he has arranged to have them sent to me.
