Came to leeds from Newcastle on a night out with my partner and we didn't realise we needed to book a table because of lockdown rules.we got talking to a doorman who was lovely and said he would get us a table as he could tell we were out of towners and a bit lost so we went to cuckoo bar and had the best night ever drinks were flowing and staff were brilliant and up for a laugh made my trip to Leeds the best thanks guys

the drinks are great, but it took 50 minutes for them to take our orders and the drinks to arrive. we initially ordered 20 minutes after arriving, and they told us they didn’t have one shot flavour that we ordered, which we understood so ordered a second flavour. after our main drinks had been brought over, they told us that the second flavour we had ordered was no longer available. money better spent elsewhere.
We had a slot booked for 6 of us this evening. We arrived at 5 and had our drinks order taken ten minutes later....half an hour later we still didn’t have our drinks. Finally 5 of our drinks arrived (still missing one) 20 minutes later they came round for us to pay (still hadn’t received our one drink or ANY of our pizza’s). Card machine repeatedly wouldn’t work. We ordered simpler drinks (cans of kopperberg) and waited 25 minutes for them to be brought. The guys working were lovely but in the two hours we were in there we didn’t receive a single pizza and if you would actually like a drink (at some point) I’d avoid.
First visit, it's a great place alot going on and super friendly staff. Roisin was very helpful and welcoming, thank you! Definitely will return
We visited Cuckoo for Kev's birthday and we had an amazing time, great venue with good food and great drinks, the staff were happy and friendly. Loved the styling in the place was very clean and tidy. Great music and a great atmosphere. Highly recommended.
