Well stocked and very helpful and knowledgeable staff
Bought an ecig last week marked down from 35 to 30, explained to the guy that I’d bought stuff from there before which had broken in no time. “No problem” he said “just bring it back and we’ll sort it out”. Would you believe 2 days later and the damn thing was playing up so took it back to the shop and the chap behind the counter says “there’s nothing I can do, it appears to be working fine”. 2 days later and it had completely packed in so took it back and they exchanged it, not refunded as that’s not their policy. Cheap products at expensive prices with a no refund policy, go in to find what you want then buy it off Ebay 40% cheaper
