Absolutely brilliant. Arrived on time with the part we needed as had assessed issue over phone before attending. Really reasonable call out fee. Got quoted 80 just for call out by national company and Eddie was 35! My husband just wanted to replace tumble dryer as assumed it would be too expensive to fix but even with parts came to 55. Bargain! Lovely guy, obviously knows his stuff and isn't looking to rip anyone off. Really chuffed and would recommend! X
